About Xerolet

Xerolet International, LLC is a Delaware Limited Liability Corporation with Corporate Sales, Engineering, and Training facilities in Rockledge, Florida. The Xerolet Alternative Onsite Waste Water Treatment System (AOWTS) has been in development since 2003.

Our goal is to develop products that truly innovate the way the world deals with human waste while protecting and conserving our fresh water supplies. The Xerolet X100 toilet and Infusion Tank Technology is the space age evolution of the traditional toilet, sewer system,  septic system, or holding tank. The Xerolet AOWTS is a sophisticated electric appliance designed to: 1) Treat human waste directly at the source and 2) To sanitize all gray water from sinks, showers, washing appliance, etc. for safe and useful discharge into the environment.

Xerolet defines the differences between innovation and disruptive technologies. Specifically, Xerolet is a complete onsite waste water treatment system that has eliminated the need for traditional flush toilets connected to a septic tank or a sewage treatment plant. Xerolet X100 toilets flush with sanitized gray water; NOT with fresh drinking water. This typically conserves over 40,000 gallons of fresh drinking water per home annually. Also, Xerolet's Infusion Tank sanitizes all other sources of gray water in the home that drains from washing machines, showers, and sinks. This sanitized gray water can be used as supplemental irrigation for landscape vegetation which can save an additional 100,000 gallons of fresh water per home each year.

A home or office with Xerolet's AOWTS does not need a Septic tank or a connection to an existing public waste water sewage plant. As Xerolet's system becomes more widely used, municipal sewage plants will begin to evolve into water management districts that will better protect and purify our drinking water supplies; without the added burden of treating human waste and sanitizing gray water discharged from each home or office connected to their system. A Xerolet system is especially useful when installed in an RV, boat or plane as it eliminates the need for gray and black water holding tanks; allowing a huge weight savings. But best of all, it eliminates the need for the user to ever have to dump raw sewage from their vehicle holding tanks ever again! The overall cost of ownership, operation and maintainence of Xerolet Systems over a 20 year period are significantly less than traditional septic systems or building and operating a municipal sewage plant.

Xerolet has created a new self-sustaining product with high performance levels in an industry with a virtually unlimited market, allowing a tremendous opportunity for entrepreneur's with a vision of how the world WILL change. The Xerolet AOWTS can be used anywhere toilets are needed; from residential and commercial applications, to recreational vehicles, boats, airplanes, horse trailers, semi-trucks, public buses, modular homes, public restrooms, and in trailers used as portable bathrooms. In fact, contractors can install the Xerolet AOWTS in their onsite work trailers so the need and cost for renting porta-potty's on a construction site can be eliminated.

Ease of Use and Maintenance

You'll notice the Xerolet X100 toilet has replaced the traditional flush handle with a simple push button electronic flush system. Other than having to occasionally empty a vacuum cleaner bag, all other interactive functions are that of a traditional toilet. The Xerolet engineers took care to keep the inner workings of their toilet simple, easy to repair, and made of durable parts. The cost of monthly operation are low.

At 1680 watts, the electric systems contained within the Xerolet AOWTS costs between $84 and $186 per year for an average family. The Infusion Tank all the remaining water in the house from all sources is collected and sanitized before being sprayed on a lawn or dispensed into a drain field designed for your specific site conditions and discharge requirements. The Infusion Tank allows a typical household to pump 1 gallon of water from the ground for use, and then discharge 5 to 10% more water back into the groundwater supply for subsequent reuse.

Water Conservation

No longer do you need to flush your toilet with drinking water. Xerolet saves between 15,000 and 40,000 gallons of water per year per household. By collecting and treating all other sources of waste water and using it to supplement irrigation another 100,000 gallons of water per year per home is conserved.

The Xerolet AOWTS is a three phased system:

Phase One: Within the X100R toilets human waste is turned into a bacteria free powder that is suctioned into a vacuum bag which is then tossed into the household trash when full, approximately once or twice a month.

Phase Two: All other sources of waste water from wash machines, dishwashers, sinks, and showers are collected and sanitized. The X100R toilets are flushed with the treated gray water.

Phase Three: The sanitized gray water is discharged to a drain-field or a sub-surface system used to irrigate landscaping

The entire XEROLET AOWTS uses a self diagnostic system and reports failures to anyone listed on the contact sheet including owners, service providers, or public health departments.
