Beware Companies Promoting Incinerators-In-Disguise!
By: Jon Dougal - Tuesday, April 11, 2006

This is not a comprehensive list so there may be others out there!
The waste industry has launched a massive effort to site incineration-like technologies for hazardous waste, solid waste (garbage), medical waste, and tires. Most companies promoting these technologies are claiming that these are not incinerators and there would be no toxic emissions – unfortunately, the truth is that these incineration-like technologies do emit toxic pollutants similar to traditional incinerators, posing a threat to the health and environment of our communities.
